Dennis Lindgren is a shareholder of Pierce & Mandell, P.C., and trusted, go-to counsel for many of the Northeast’s largest general contractors, construction managers and subcontractors when they need guidance and representation in construction site accident and construction defect litigation. Dennis is routinely brought in by clients immediately after serious construction site accidents to advise on all matters, including accident investigation, evidence preservation, responding to governmental agencies, and formulation of defensive strategy in preparation for possible litigation. Dennis’ clients retain his services time and again because, in their words, he is “pragmatic”, a “problem solver” and a “fixer”, whom they trust to get to the crux of a problem quickly and solve it efficiently. Dennis regularly practices in state and federal courts in Massachusetts, and in addition to construction related litigation, Dennis also defends both businesses and individuals in complex business litigation matters. Finally, on a select basis, Dennis represents seriously injured or deceased persons and their families in non-construction related personal injury matters including wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, motor vehicle accidents, and negligent security matters, helping his clients to recover millions of dollars in compensation.
Prior to starting practice, Dennis was a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Nadeau (Ret.) of the New Hampshire Supreme Court from 2001 to 2002 and was also a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court from 2000 to 2001.
Dennis was repeatedly recognized as a “Rising Star” from 2011 through 2014 and has been honored to be awarded the “Super Lawyer” designation each year from 2015 through 2023, a recognition reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in the Commonwealth. Dennis was also named a “Top Lawyer” by Boston Magazine from 2021 through 2023 and is privileged to have been awarded the highest “AV Preeminent” peer review rating afforded by Martindale-Hubbell.
Dennis is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a former Trustee of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. Dennis also serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Natural Resources Trust of Easton.
